To join a meeting, you usually need to have the Zoom application or Microsoft Teams application installed on your device. This is available for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. However, you can also participate via a web browser without installing the application. The link for this can be found in the invitation to your meeting.
For optimal audio quality and undisturbed communication during our meeting, I recommend that you use a headset or something similar (e.g. AirPods).

Yes, there is a link in the appointment confirmation email where you can reschedule the appointment.
